– Assessing 10 essential career factors including skills, values, personality traits and interests to develop an ideal job description

– Brainstorming careers that match our client's top 20 transferable skills

– Developing a two-minute commercial (ideal job description) based on assessment results

– Researching choices to find the best career match

– Building a contact network to access the hidden job market where 85% of job openings are filled

– Writing resumes and cover letters that get interviews

– Practicing and mastering effective strategic interviewing techniques

– Negotiating for increased compensation and responsibility before accepting the new position

– Overcoming barriers such as age, lack of experience or education, etc.

– Balancing priorities, setting goals, and planning strategies for success.

To get started with Career Dimensions:

A get acquainted appointment lasts about 1.5 hours and is $100. During this session, Career Dimensions and the client discuss career issues, approaches for resolving them, and fees. Subsequent one hour coaching appointments are $195.
